A Day on the Green - Hall and Oates


The number one selling duo in music history, the pioneers of rock’n’soul, Daryl Hall and John Oates are returning to Australia for their first national tour since 1991. Joining them for what promises to be a truly bedazzling summer concert event is Australia’s own beloved and revered Icehouse. The two musical trail-blazers will perform at Centennial Vineyards Bowral on Saturday February 4 2012.

Hen’s Treasure Hunts Highland Fling



If big cities aren’t your thing, how about heading to Bowral for the ultimate girls weekend away for your Hen's night? Cooking Classes at Biota Dining



Biota Dining will be launching their inaugural cooking school series in August. The various classes have been tailored to suit a newcomer to the kitchen, an intermediate cook or the next aspiring Masterchef! It is a great opportunity to learn something new, taste interesting flavours and combinations and have a fun time. Choose from 'demonstration' or 'hands-on' classes and sample everything you make.

Working with pastry – sweet
TUES 23 AUGUST
In this class, students will learn how to prepare sweet pastry and then transform that into delicious recipes. The pastries will be tasted at the conclusion of the course and then be taken home.

Sourdough

If you would like to take the first steps to mastering the bread of true artisan bakers, then this class is for you. This Sourdough demonstration will cover the basics of hands-on artisan baking techniques of mixing, shaping and hand-moulding. You will learn about the process of long fermentation and take home tips and tricks on making a great sourdough.
