Biota's James Viles will be participating in The CEO CookOff which is a bold and exciting initiative of Qantas and OzHarvest. The event highlights the challenges facing Australians in need in the areas of food security and homelessness and gives participants an extraordinary opportunity to challenge their culinary skills, network and have a great time whilst giving back to the community.
On Monday, 11 February Qantas and OzHarvest will host the 2013 CEO CookOff and feed approximately 1000 people in need.
NSW Wine Festival
As part of Sydney Morning Herald NSW Wine Festival, Biota Dining will have a stall at Hyde Park from Friday 22 - Sunday 24 February.
